• Build-A-Bear Workshop team member inserts sound module into bear, dresses bear in desert khaki uniform, places bear into cub condo and places shipping label onto box.
• Soldier Bear is shipped to the child’s home.
• Parent or guardian logs in to soldier bear website and per instructions included with soldier bear, confirms receipt of bear.
• Parent of guardian sends message of appreciation to donor. A name and address of a donor is provided for each soldier bear sent to a child.
